This is a story, which I like very much and would be happy to share with you. The story of my work with Elena Nedeva – a wonderful woman who needed the final touch to achieve the desired physical shape. Together we have excellent results.
“My name is Elena Nedeva, I am 43 years old, from Sofia, a graduated engineer as far as education is concerned, but if we speak about profession engineering is not mine, neither part of my interests. I am interested in art, in my spare time I design and create jewelry and other art stuff. Another thing that I love is to do sports, I have always been active in different ways. Results came amazingly fast and completely smashed all my convictions of genetics, age etc. I only had to mobilize myself and my daily routine became even tighter because I had to squeeze in the fitness workouts. And for four months, I have been training two times per day with only one rest day. This was a challenge considering my fears if I would be able to manage physically. Moreover, fitness was something completely new to me and as you know, every new thing is a challenge. I like to challenge myself and learn new things and I do it with pleasure. Nutrition was the other challenge although up to that moment I was eating healthy without too much junk food. In the beginning, it was difficult for me to get used to the big quantity of food in the plan, much more than I ate before. I was quite strict the first months but there was also a period when I was so hungry that I could not control myself. This period was the most difficult to overcome and I realize that without the constant support of Kiril Tanev I would probably fail. Now is the time to share my expectations from him. The truth is that in the beginning, I had no expectations or actually I expected to get disappointed because it often happens when you have high opinion of somebody before working with him but I can honestly say that he only confirmed my opinion of his highest degree of professionalism. To it, I can also add his human, caring relationship with his clients and his ability to motivate you when you are down.
Apart from the “organizational” changes, which occurred in my life, the changes of my body due to the nutrition and training plan altered my way of thinking. As much as I hate putting limitations, sometimes they are induced subconsciously. My transformation showed me how you can escape from what you consider genetic predisposition. I was convinced that whatever I do (apart from living on apples all my life) I was destined to have saddlebags and cellulite. Somehow, for two months they disappeared. Obviously, the fitness workouts and proper nutrition are capable of modeling your body in a fantastic way. Relatives, close and not so close friends constantly ask me what I train, what I eat, what supplements I take. Of course, there are people who think I am too skinny or have too much muscle mass but the most important is that so far, I have never liked my body so much and I am ready to “pay” the price for that. The price is to get up at 5 a.m. every day, my life to be organized around workouts, eating, food packing, sleep etc. For most people this is totally insane but when you see great results you start to wake before the alarm, you are organized and do not feel it as a burden. I do not want to miss the part with the stamina and persistence because most of the people concentrate only on the way they look. To me everything is important; I am not attracted by the idea to look good but to feel bad. With so much training, of course, there are days I feel tired but as a whole, I can say that I have become much stronger and persistent. Moreover, lately I found out that an old dream of mine came true – I can do pull-ups.
What I can say to all of you who still hesitate to make the first step, do it despite your convictions, fears, the only thing you need is to trust professionalism. I deeply regret that I did not do it earlier. You will not save money for a professional service but will save a lot of time, doubts and bad experience. This is much more valuable. In the last years, I started to value my time more and preferred to trust professionals in different spheres not as a typical Bulgarian to try to manage by myself, experiment and finally get unsatisfactory results regardless if we speak about creating your own website or transforming your body. For those who are biased against online training consultation, I was too, but I can assure you online training is much more convenient. If I managed to achieve results, not only visual but also functional, everybody can do it. Now you understand why I liked working with Elena so much. I like active and organized people. Immediately after I read the initial information about her I knew that we would have success. She is extremely active, trains quite hard, and eats comparatively well but not perfectly. Why? Because when you spend too much energy you need an adequate calorie intake which shall meet your body’s needs but at the same time we aim to burn fat i.e we should have a reasonable calorie deficiency and proper eating timing, distribution of carbs, fats and proteins throughout the day.
I have always said that age is not a problem as long as we consider it when the program is prepared. If we pay enough attention to the hormone requirements of every age, things get right as if as you are doing a puzzle.
I am happy that Elena trusted me and together we reached a higher level of her physical shape. We continue to work together and results will become even better.
