25 Apr2018 Кирил Танев 0Eating and recipes Sweet potato banana cakeToday, I will introduce to you one of my new recipes – cake with sweet potato and banana. Ingredients for one serving: 1 sweet potato 3 tbsp. almond flour 6 whites, 1 yoke 1 banana 2 grams stevia 1 tsp. cinnamon Preparation: Boil the sweet potato and mash it. Mix the mashed sweet potato with 6 whites, 3 tbsp. almond flour, 1 yoke, cinnamon and stevia. Blend it. Pour the mixture in a baking pan, previously greased with coconut oil to avoid sticking. Bake at 200 °C for 30 minutes. Before serving, chop one banana on top. Nutrition facts: Protein: 30 gr. Carbohydrates: 70 gr. Fats: 6 gr. I eat this cake 30 minutes after workout. If the workout has been heavy and long I add a second banana. In this way, carbohydrates become around 100 grams. Bon appetit!
