GROUND ALMONDS 1/2 CUP
VANILLA PEA PROTEIN POWDER* 1/4 CUP
BUCKWHEAT FLOUR 1/4 CUP
BAKING POWDER 1/2 TSP
LARGE WHOLE EGG 1
COCONUT SUGAR (OR GRANULATED STEVIA) 1/4 CUP
ALMOND MILK 1/4 CUP
DARK CHOCOLATE, CHOPPED 1-2 SQUARES
Whisk all ingredients together. Divide into six circles on a nonstick baking tray or baking paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let them cool down completely before adding your ice cream of choice!
