Peanut butter and chocolate: Sometimes, you’ve just gotta have them together. Unfortunately, regular peanut butter isn’t the protein powerhouse some labels portray it as. That is why we enriched it with protein and made cheating acceptable.
Ingredients:
Natural peanut butter, 1/3 cup
Honey, 1/2 cup
Oats, 1 cup
Protein powder, 1 scoop
Chocolate chips, 1/2 cup
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour batter into a nonstick 9×9 pan and place in fridge until completely cooled, then cut into 9 pieces.
