Eva’s healthy muffins

Ingredients:

5 whites and 1 yolk

30 g rice semolina

20 g oats (soaked in warm water)

2 tsp. cinnamon

20 drops of stevia

30 g dried cranberries

Mix the ingredients in a bowl, spread the mixture in a silicone muffin form and bake for about 25 – 30 min. at 180 °С.
